The price list indicates tariffs/room/day, stay only, tax and service included.
Guests may take breakfast in the bar (separate payment).

Tariffs indicate minimum and maximum rates depending on the period (low or high season) and the type of service requested. The final total will be defined on booking but in any case will not exceed the official maximum cost indicated.

Timetables: check-in: 1.00 - 9.00 p.m. - check-out: 8.00 -11.00 a.m. Arrival time is 4.00 pm. If you cannot reach the Hotel by this time, kindly inform us by calling +39.045.8352615 - otherwise, after this time, the room may be made available to other guests.

Bookings, especially in the high season, require an e-mail or fax indicating name, address, telephone n. and a credit card number with relative expiry date or eventual payment of the initial balance for the first stay by bank draft. If such requested information is not received, Hotel Administration cannot guarantee the booking.

Cancellation terms: in the event of booking cancellation or no-show, cancellation must be received by 6.00 pm seven days prior to the date of arrival, otherwise a penalty fee will be applied equal to the amount of the first stay using the credit card data provided as warranty or eventual advanced bank drafts made during the booking stage.
